Strawberries with Cinnamon Cream
½ cup frozen fat-free or low-fat
whipped topping, thawed
¼ cup fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt
1 TBS firmly packed dark brown sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla extract or 1/8 tsp. almond
extract
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups whole strawberries
In a small serving bowl, stir together
all ingredients above, except the strawberries.
Put the strawberries in small bowls and spoon cream
over the berries.
