Spinach Pasta Casserole

10 oz. fusilli
1 egg
1/8 c olive oil
10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
½ c Italian bread crumbs
39 oz. spaghetti sauce
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz. Romano cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook fusilli according to package directions, drain, and place in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix together egg and oil. Add to the pasta and toss. Add spinach and bread crumbs and toss again. On the bottom of 11x7 inch baking pan, pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce. Add 1.2 pasta mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cheeses. Now finish by adding rest of sauce, rest of pasta, and rest of cheeses. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
