Simple Pot Pie
2 9" frozen pie crusts
1 10.75oz. can of creamed soup (potato, mushroom,
celery, broccoli)
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
¼ cup milk
1 cup cheese
pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup
with frozen vegetables and half of the cheese. Add
enough milk to moisten without becoming runny. Stir
in pepper and any other spices. Add vegetable mixture
into one crust. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top
and cover with the other crust. Bake 30-40 minutes.
*Optional: You may add a form of meat
to the vegetable mixture (chicken, turkey, beef,
or a soy supplement).
