Summary: Adult Volunteers Wanted For Cardiac MRI Research
To look at the safety and efficacy of OptiMARK contrast with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) when used to examine vessels of subjects following an acute myocardial infarction (MI).
Eligible Criteria:
· Recently suffered (within 2 weeks) from an acute MI (heart attack); and
· Have had a heart catheterization to determine which vessels and areas of the heart may have been affected by the MI.

There is a WIZARD trial that evaluates the potential effects of an antibiotic in preventing further cardiac events.

Eligible Criteria:
· Do not have a condition requiring antibiotics on a routine basis; and
· Have not had a coronary artery bypass graft or angioplasty within the last 6 months and do not plan to have one in the next 90 days.
